Cancellation Policy

Training and Tuition Fees : We have applied a five day cancellation policy on all training here at Embrace with Reiki. We don't offer refunds. Should a student need to cancel or postpone their training, they have up to five days prior to their training commencement date to contact Embracewithreiki.com to cancel or postpone their training and their fees applied to another date or future course, provided it is within 12 months and the student has notified us. Please note we will deduct any expenses occurred from your fees for training manuals and postage if you have registered for an online course. If we have already supplied you with your training manual, if you decide to register for another online course different to the one you have previous registered for we will ask you to send back your training manual and you will be responsible for the expense for postage. However should a student wish to add their tuition fees to another training date, please contact us here at Embrace with Reiki.com Complementary and Holistic Therapies : We have a 48 hour cancellation policy on all our therapies here at Embrace with Reiki. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full price for your appointment.
